Welcome to the reckoning of coming home to yourself
How can I encapsulate what I do?
I quit calling myself a “coach” a while back, both because I don’t like that word for describing the role I hold in your life, and because it feels daunting how many “coaches” have joined the scene since I first started doing this over a decade ago.
I’m a relational mentor.
Okay, so what is that?
Listen, every aspect of your life is built through relationships, either the one you have with yourself or the ones you have with others, so that’s where we start. But how? And why am I different? I’m not only a relational mentor, I’m also an herbalist, and I think the language of the plants can help us understand what it is we’re up to here.
Think of yarrow.
A healing plant, often the perfect medicine to alleviate a long list of seemingly unrelated ailments. That thing you've been dealing with for so long you feel like nothing can help it, so maybe this is just the way life is now? Yarrow is often who helps, and in that way she beautifully and lovingly transmutes your burdens into your blessings.
Now let us turn our attention towards lilac.
Beautiful and fragrant, enbuing spring with specks of delicious wonder. She teaches us there is always that sense of reverence to be found. She teaches us to trust in the grand array’s unfolding.
Radically, and simply, I offer you this, that everything is for you.
Sometimes we need help to understand our selves and our lives. Lemon balm is like that. Part of the larger mint family, she is never isolated, never alone, and neither are you. She works on your nervous system, helping you to soothe yourself from the inside out, so you get to have more moments of exactly what you want, and less of what you don’t.
But if I had to pick one plant to learn from, I choose dandelion.
Nutrient-dense though classified as a weed, she gently, lovingly aerates the soil, providing her wisdom so other fruits and flowers can grow. Weeds are just what plants are called when they are misunderstood.
I work with you in hour-long sessions over Zoom, and with my market special I offer the first one free. This is not a “discovery call” where you tell me your problems for half an hour and I say, “Great! I can help you with that. Here’s my pricing.” This is a one-hour free preview session where I aim to give you as much value as any other time.
Click here to schedule your first session with me.
After that, my rates are:
$165/hr for one-off sessions
$1740 for a three-month package (12 sessions at $145/hr) (most popular)
$3240 for a six-month package (24 sessions at $135/hr)
Feeling safe, held, and seen is your birthright. So is getting to live exactly the life you want, weeds and all.
