For some, I am an inconvenient truth. For others, I am an answered prayer. In both cases, I am a living expression of divine integrity, and I hold my texture beautifully.

My Life Before

Nomadic from ages 5-31, I've moved a lot between the US, France, and England. Being the “new kid” every year in school was a crash course in both art of relational dynamics and the idea of continually “coming home to myself.” That became especially true during my first move abroad, just before starting middle school. Growing up in such a cross-cultural way begged for what I knew of “belonging” to often get reimagined and reworked.

When I was 20 I made a fated decision to move to Boulder, CO to be closer to my family. I didn’t know at the time I was about to start my training at The Integral Center, nor did I yet know that at 24 I would be the youngest senior faculty member ever hired, teaching a Ken Wilber style of relational mastery known as Integral Circling. My style of mentorship is generally informed by this practise, as well as my experiences with having trained for over a decade with various native and indigenous lineages, my own indigenous Jewish lineage, lightworker training, having attended a Buddhist university for my undergrad, the Enneagram, my MA in Theology and Religion, having grown up globally, astrology, curiosity, and other flourishes here and there that allow me to maintain a sense of wonder at it all.

My Life Now

These days I find myself stewarding a dreamy homestead in rural southern Oregon. With the purchase of this property I no longer consider myself nomadic, but what an odyssey it’s been! I’m eager to pass on what I’ve learned from this newly found (and hard-earned) place of rootedness.

In addition to relationality and writing, my biggest passion is coming home to nature. As such, I am also a Certified Lactation Counsellor (CLC), because what better way to weave my passions together than help new mothers nourish their babies. I am also a folk herbalist and sell my own herbal blends and tinctures through Indie Folk Herbal.
